Eleonora Lollio, former MBA student and now Supply Chain Planning Manager at Eli Lilly, has come back to MIP with her company to meet the current MBA class and tell her MIP MBA experience.
Where do you live now?
I live in Florence.
What’s your job?
I am supply chain manager at Eli Lilly, an American pharma company. I am in charge of production planning, materials and purchasing management.
What’s your main skill you worked on or you enhanced within your MBA experience?
I improved my communication skills as well as my ability to approach the others in order to help them make the most out of their strengths.
What did you learn from the international environment of your class?
I learnt the fundamental importance of active listening if you want to make your team reach the target.
How do you see your career in the future?
I see myself keeping on learning and growing as a professional and as a person, widening my managerial and technical skills and developing my own vision of the business.
What do you suggest to people who are considering to attend a master program like this?
If you are tenacious, determined and curious, attending an MBA is the best way to transform you career path into the shape you desire. If you feel you have the potential and you want to exploit it, this is the way!
