My choice
MIP is the Business School of one of the most prestigious Universities in Europe. It was a match made in heaven for me.
MIP also offers a great diverse pool of students that allows to share experiences with people from all over the word. This was one of my priorities when I was looking for the right University to do my MBA.
Main takeaways from the Master
- Get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
- Experience diversity and inclusion.
- Personal and professional growth.
Who I am
I am currently working as a Product Manager in the Marketing division at the Headquarters of Whirlpool EMEA. I am in charge of Free-standing Microwaves and have daily contact with colleagues all over the world.
I hold an Industrial Engineering degree from the UNLAM University of Argentina. Starting work in the automotive industry, I joined Volkswagen Argentina in 2006 and worked my way up in the company to become Technical Project Manager Coordinator. After this, I worked as a “Project Management” professor at UNLAM University for five years.
In 2015, I decided to change direction and enrolled in the MBA program at MIP Business School in Milan, winning first place in the “MIP for Women†contribution. I was involved in many activities there, including an exchange in China and the Lean Launch Pad path (LLP). My LLP colleagues and I won the “Clean Tech Challengeâ€, Italy Edition, with our “FoodMe†APP Business project. In that same year, I was chosen from over 1,300 candidates to form part of a select group of 150 young businesswomen to participate in the Careers International’s Top Women event. Taking place in Brussels in November 2015, the event was dedicated to the most promising female leaders of the future.
I love to be part of a multicultural environment, embracing at all times diversity, inclusion and teamwork.
